Sustainability Action Plan

Werewool, the New York-based biomaterial textile start-up, was at the point where they wanted to build out their supply chain to increase production. As a part of the Sustainability Action Plan, I provided guidance, research + strategic positioning to uphold the sustainability of the organisation as the product scaled.
Working closely with the CEO, COO, and CTO, I developed and project managed a custom sustainability action plan, focusing on developing and evaluating agricultural raw material supply chains, outlining a supplier code of conduct and best practice, a cost-benefit analysis of international reporting standards and certifications in comparison to each internal team member's needs and goals, a framework for an impact report with industry-leading examples, a governance restructuring to align decision-making and implement holistic, planetary boundaries, ESG strategies and goals, and roadmap to follow.
